All processes involving production under the Seara seal are inspected and certified by internationally renowned certification entities, which conducts audits and certifies not just the tracking, but also: standard operating procedures, training and corrective actions, documentation and records, good manufacturing practices, identification procedures, critical point monitoring, identification of potential risks in the entire process and preventive measures and procedures, as well as certification of internal processes that is internationally recognized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Union and the Codex Alimentarius of Geneva, Switzerland.
