Seara Alimentos is a socially responsible company, acting proactively in the communities where its manufacturing plants are established. Therefore, Seara has a Committee on Relations with the Community, which involves employees who volunteer for the company’s social causes. Currently, more than 200 employees are enrolled as volunteers to work on the committee’s social actions.
